PROJECT 12
ZERO TO HALF MARATHON.
Twelve people. Twenty weeks of coached training. One finish line at the Eastbourne Half Marathon · 7 March. No experience required. No fitness required. Just a commitment to show up.
THIS ISN'T A BOOTCAMP.
IT ISN'T MILITARY.
IT ISN'T ABOUT WHO FINISHES FIRST.
It's about proving to yourself that you're capable of more than you ever imagined. Twelve strangers start one journey. Some arrive overweight. Some anxious. Some low on confidence. Some just want a fresh start. Over the coming weeks we walk. We run. We struggle. We laugh. We hold each other up.
WHEN ONE OF US CROSSES THE LINE, WE ALL CROSS THE LINE.
Nobody gets left behind.
IF ANY OF THIS IS YOU — YOU BELONG HERE.
You've never run before and the idea terrifies you.
You're carrying more weight than you'd like and don't know where to start.
You feel anxious, low, or a bit lost — you need something to show up to.
You've tried before, quit before, and want people around you this time.
You want your confidence back and a team that has your back.
You just want a fresh start — a real one, with real people.

OUR PROMISE
We'll never promise it'll be easy.
We'll promise you won't do it alone.
MORE PROJECT 12 COHORTS
This is cohort one. Once we prove the model, we'll open tailored cohorts so everyone finds a group they feel at home in.
QUESTIONS
Do I need to be fit?+
No. That's the whole point. If you can walk for 15 minutes, we can build you up. Cohort one exists because most people never start.
How much does it cost?+
Nothing. Always free. Triple OOO is a community club, not a business. The training top, plan, coaching and group are all included.
Where do we train?+
In and around Eastbourne, East Sussex. Sessions are held at times that work for the group — usually early mornings and weekends.
What's the time commitment?+
Roughly one coached session per week plus two shorter sessions you do in your own time. We build it up gradually.
What if I miss a week?+
Life happens. Message the group, catch up on the next session. Nobody gets left behind — that promise is real.
Can I bring a friend?+
Cohort one is 12 people, chosen carefully so we work as a team. Point your friend to this page — they can apply too, or wait for the next cohort.
